of settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to the county litigation case of Estero Place, LLC vs. Lee
County,
Case No. 11-CA-507,
Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, was held on this date with the following
Commissioners present:
Brian Hamman, Chairman
Frank Mann, Vice-Chairman
John E. Manning
Cecil L Pendergrass
Larry Kiker (In late)
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.
County Attorney Richard Wm.Wesch approved as to legal form and sufficiency, the Affidavit of
Publication for this item. Attorney Wesch briefly described the request and announced that the Attorney/Client
Closed Session would be held in the East Room with the following persons in attendance:
Commissioner Manning
Commissioner Pendergrass
Commissioner Kiker
Commissioner Hamman
Commissioner Mann
County Attorney Richard Wm.Wesch
Deputy County Attorney Andrea Fraser
Senior Assistant County Attorney John S. Turner

Fort Myers Court Reporting firm of Von Ahn Associates Heather H. Shelton
The public portion of the meeting was then suspended to a closed session in the East Room. At approximately
9:11 a.m., upon conclusion of the closed session, the meeting reconvened in the County Commission Chambers
with all Commissioners present. The Chairman advised that the Executive Attorney/Client Session of this date
was concluded.
The Chairman adjourned the Session at 9:15 a.m.
