Meeting
of the
Board of Lee County Commissioners
was held this date to conduct a Continuation
of Adoption Hearing for Pine Tarr, LLC CPA2010-06 with the following Commissioners present:
John Manning, Chairman
Frank B. Mann Vice-Chairman
Ray Judah
Tammara Hall
A. Brian Bigelow
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:30am.
The Chairman called on the participants of record and the following citizens came forward:
St. James City resident
Phil Buchanan
Conservancy of Southwest Florida
Jeremy Frantz
Little Pine Island Wetland Litigation Bank
Dick Anderson
Attorney Matt Uhle of the Knott, Consoer law firm
Pine Tarr Senior Vice President John Agnelli
Commissioner Mann moved the recommended comprise for
CPA2010-06,
seconded by Commissioner Hall. In
response to Commissioner Bigelow’s request, Planning Director Paul O’Connor provided clarification and noted the
language had been accepted by Staff. The motion was called and carried. The Ordinance adopted by the Board and
filed was
LEE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 11-30
ENTITLED:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE “LEE PLAN,” ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 89-02, AS AMENDED, SO AS TO ADOPT AMENDMENT
CPA2010-00006 (PERTAINING TO PINE TARR, LLC) APPROVED DURING
A PUBLIC HEARING DURING THE COUNTY’S 2010/2011 REGULAR
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CYCLE; PROVIDING FOR
PURPOSE, INTENT, AND SHORT TITLE; AMENDMENTS TO ADOPTED
TEXT; LEGAL EFFECT OF “THE LEE PLAN”; GEOGRAPHICAL
APPLICABILITY; SEVERABILITY, CODIFICATION, SCRIVENER’S
ERRORS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 9:40am.
