The FY 11-12 Tentative Budget Hearing of the
Board of Port Commissioners
of the Lee County Port
Authority was held on this date with the following members present:
John E. Manning, Vice Chairman
A. Brian Bigelow
Ray Judah
Tammara Hall
CHAIRMAN FRANK MANN WAS ABSENT FOR THE ENTIRE MEETING.
The Vice Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.
Deputy County Attorney Andrea Fraser read and approved, as to legal form and sufficiency, the
Affidavit of
Publication
for the FY11-12 Tentative Port Authority Budget Public Hearing.
Referring to the
script for this hearing,
Lee County Port Authority Budget Director Brian McGonagle advised that
there were no adjustments proposed to the Port Authority Budget tentatively approved at the June 27, 2011 Port
Authority Board meeting. The Vice Chairman called for public comment on the tentative budget; however, no one
came forward.
Commissioner Hall moved approval, seconded by Commissioner Judah. Mr. McGonagle read the text of the
Resolution, and the motion was called and carried with Commissioner Mann absent.

The Vice Chairman adjourned the meeting at 5:07 p.m.
