The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

CASE NUMBER: DCI2010-00027
REQUEST: Rezone 0.32 acres from Agriculture (AG-2) and Community Commercial (CC) to
Commercial Planned Development (CPD), to allow a fish market/retail sales, a
caretaker’s residence and associated parking. No blasting is requested. Maximum
height is 25 feet/1 story. This development will not connect to existing potable water
and sanitary sewer but continue to use the existing on-site septic tank.

continuance of his request to the Zoning Meeting of May 16, 2011 at 9:30 a.m., in these Chambers. Commissioner
Manning moved approval, seconded by Commissioner Judah for discussion. Under discussion, Commissioner Judah
recommended the applicant be advised that he will be requested to address connection to existing potable water and
sanitary sewer.
Mr. Block stated that the applicant’s representative was present and would note the issue. Following
brief additional comments, the motion to continue was called and carried with Commissioner Hall absent.
