(MPD) to increase the industrial square footage from 1,400,000 square
feet to 2,500,000 square feet; increase the office square footage from
131,000 square feet to 225,000 square feet; add a maximum of 200,000
square feet of medical office uses; and allow for development of the
approved 360 hotel rooms without conversion matrix.
