An Executive Attorney/Client Session of the Board of Lee County Commissioners, for the purpose of
settlement negotiations or strategy related to litigation expenditures in the county litigation case of Lee County v. Tex
Development Corp., et al.,
Case No. 09CA-4252,
Circuit Court, Lee County Florida was held on this date with the
following Commissioners present:
Frank B. Mann, Chairman
John E. Manning, Vice Chairman
Ray Judah
A. Brian Bigelow
Tammara Hall
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
Deputy County Attorney Andrea Fraser approved the
Affidavit of Publication
and Public Notice, as to
legal form and sufficiency. The Chairman announced that the Attorney/Client Closed Session would be held in the
East Room, and that the following persons would be in attendance:
Commissioner Mann
Commissioner Manning
Commissioner Judah
Commissioner Bigelow
Commissioner Hall
County Attorney Michael D. Hunt
Deputy County Attorney Andrea Fraser
Assistant County Attorney John S. Turner
Attorney Gregory T. Stewart of Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson
County Manager Karen B. Hawes
Fort Myers Court Reporting representative Lisa Boyd
The public portion of the meeting was then suspended to a closed session in the East Room. At approximately 2:50
p.m., upon conclusion of the closed session, the meeting reconvened in the County Commission chambers with all
Commissioners present. The Chairman advised that the Executive Attorney/Client Session of this date was
concluded.
The Chairman adjourned the Session at 2:53 p.m.
