the following Commissioners present:
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

this item. County Attorney Michael Hunt briefly described the request. The Chairman announced that the
Attorney/Client Closed Session would be held in the East Room for an estimated time of 60-minutes, with the
following persons in attendance:
Commissioner Mann
Commissioner Manning
Commissioner Judah
Commissioner Hall
Commissioner Bigelow
to the Chair’s inquiry
regarding attendance of the County Manager at the
closed session as the County Manager was not included in the advertized list of attendees which would be in violation
of Florida Statutes. Board discussion ensued with input from Attorneys Hunt and Fraser, followed by Commissioner
Manning moving to postpone the meeting and re-advertise for the next possible date for a full Board, seconded by
Commissioner Judah, called and carried.
The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 9:10 a.m.
