The FY 11-12 Final Budget Hearing of the
Board of Port Commissioners
of the Lee County Port
Authority was held on this date with the following Commissioners present:
Frank B. Mann, Chairman
John E. Manning, Vice Chairman
A. Brian Bigelow
Ray Judah
Tammara Hall
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:09 p.m.
Deputy County Attorney Andrea Fraser read and approved, as to legal form and sufficiency, the
Affidavit of
Publication
for the FY11-12 Final Port Authority Budget Public Hearing.
Referring to the
script for this hearing,
Lee County Port Authority Budget Director Brian McGonagle advised that no
adjustments to the budget were proposed. The Chairman called for public comment on the final budget; however, no
one came forward.
Commissioner Judah moved approval, seconded by Commissioner Manning. Mr. McGonagle read the text of the
Resolution, and the motion was called and carried.

The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 5:12 p.m.
