The
Final Millage and Budget Hearing of the Board of Port Commissioners
of the Lee County Port
Authority was held this date with the following Commissioners present:
John E. Albion, Chairman
Douglas R. St. Cerny, Vice-Chairman
Ray Judah
John E. Manning
Andrew W. Coy
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:06 p.m.
PORT AUTHORITY
Port Authority Accounting and Budget Manager Brian McGonagle announced this public hearing is being held for the
purpose of adopting the Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2000-01, that the Board of County Commissioners has approved
the revenue estimates necessary to fund the Budget, and that the Board of County Commissioners is convened as the
Port Authority Board. Mr. McGonagle noted that the Budget for Fiscal Year 2000-01, as shown by
schedules
included in the backup material
(copy is on file in the Minutes Office), is made a part of the Resolution and is
proposed for adoption as the Final Budget of the Lee County Port Authority. After stating that no adjustments are
being proposed at this time, Mr. McGonagle read the Final Budget Resolution. The Chairman called for public input;
however, no one came forward. The Chairman called for a motion to adopt the Final Budget for the Port Authority for
Fiscal Year 2000-01. Commissioner Manning so moved, seconded by Commissioner St. Cerny, called and carried.

The Chairman adjourned the meeting at 5:09 p.m.
